In 2015, with nearly a decade of experience behind her, Ellen gave her name to her passion and established Ellen Kavanaugh Interiors with the intention of designing singularly exquisite homes to be filled with the color of everyday living. Ellen’s warm and breezy personality fosters an easy kinship to her clients and their creative visions.
Her 18-year career is anchored by the desire to create inviting, layered, and vibrant spaces that mirror her refined yet relaxed style. Exploring the natural Atlantic seaboard, the bursts of southern charm, the Caribbean’s warmth, and European classicism, she designs an elegantly soulful home.
Within the last 5 years, Ellen’s namesake firm leads in interior design on the East Coast with Ellen as one of the most in demand designers in the area. She has both helped evolve and preserve the trademark of the highly desirable Palm Beach home.
Ellen has been a designer since 2005 and is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Her interiors have garnered admiration in design publications including Veranda, Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, and Southern Living.
